Privacy Policy
1. Overview
CorpBrain is an AI-native CRM. To do its job, it connects to and reads communication data (call recordings and transcripts, email threads, and calendar activity) for the accounts you explicitly connect. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what control you have over it.
2. What we collect
- Content from connected sources: call transcripts and recordings, email threads, calendar events, and CRM records you link to CorpBrain.
- Account and usage data: your name, work email, workspace activity, and how you interact with the product.
- Derived data: the signals, milestones, and tasks CorpBrain's agents generate from the content above.
3. How we use it
Connected content is processed to build and update the account intelligence you see in the product: extracted signals, milestones, stakeholder activity, and drafted follow-ups. We do not sell customer data, and we do not use customer call or email content to train models shared across other customers' workspaces.
4. Third-party processing
CorpBrain relies on third-party infrastructure and AI providers to transcribe, store, and synthesize connected content. Each is bound by its own data-processing terms with us, and none is authorized to use your data outside of providing the service to CorpBrain.
5. Data retention
Connected content and derived intelligence are retained for as long as your workspace is active. You can request deletion of a workspace's data at any time by contacting us; deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access within CorpBrain is scoped to what a given workspace requires. A full description of our security posture, including any certifications, will be published as it becomes available.
7. Your rights
You can request a copy of the data associated with your workspace, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reach out using the contact details below and we'll respond directly.
