1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using CorpBrain, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you're using CorpBrain on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on that organization's behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so.

2. The service

CorpBrain connects to call, email, and calendar data you authorize and synthesizes it into cited account intelligence: signals, milestones, tasks, and drafted actions. The service is provided as-is while in active development, and its features may change as the product evolves.

3. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for restricting access to your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Your data, our license to use it

You retain ownership of the content you connect to CorpBrain. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

  • Don't use CorpBrain to process data you don't have the right to share (for example, recordings made without required consent).
  • Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or extract the underlying models or system prompts.
  • Don't use the service in a way that disrupts it for other workspaces.

6. Intellectual property

CorpBrain and its underlying technology are owned by us. Nothing in these terms transfers that ownership to you; you receive only the right to use the service as intended.

7. Disclaimers and liability

CorpBrain's synthesized signals are generated from your connected data and, like any AI system, can be incomplete or wrong. Verify anything materially important before acting on it. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, and our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you've paid us in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be communicated to active workspaces before they take effect.
